Who can use e-currency account?
e-currency account can be used by anyone who is or wants to engage in one transaction or the other on the Internet. How do I know the actual amount that was transferred to my e-currency account?
Log into your e-currency account, click on history, select the date and month the money was transferred and then click on ‘view details’.

Why is my e-currency balance lower or higher than what is required?
Because some e-currency firm do charge transfer fees and as we all know some e-currencies based on value of gold see prices of gold fluctuating in the international market and this in turn affects e-currencied based on Gold otherwise most other e-currencies are stable

Is e-currency account secure?
Yes, e-currency account is very secure. However, all e-currency account users have to be very careful give out their passwords. Guide your passphrase jealously. Secure your system with Internet Security software to protect your system against hackers etcetera.

Why is my account not yet funded?
Four major factors may constitute to this:

1. Due to your inability to give a correct e-gold account number or name.
2. Due to bad network in the bank that may delay our ability to confirm your payment on time.
3. Due to temporary network breakdown of the e-currency servers.
4. Due to your inability to fill the funding form before making payment to our account.

Does Goldafrica accept debit or credit cards?
No, we do not accept payment by debit or credit card. Customers pay direct into our local bank account.
